How Agent Presence Pro | Silvercreek Social handles the information you share with us. Short version: we collect what we need to build and run your website, newsletter and social media, and we never sell it.

Who we are

Agent Presence Pro | Silvercreek Social builds and runs websites, newsletters and social media for real estate agents with Silvercreek Realty Group, 1099 S Wells St, Meridian, ID 83642. Questions about your information: rayce@silvercreekrealty.com.

Information we collect

• When you sign up: your name, contact details, business and brokerage details, links to your current website and profiles, the photos and logos you upload, and any notes you add. We use it to set up and run your service.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
• Setup calls: booked through Calendly, whose own privacy policy applies to the booking calendar.
• Your client login: your username, your password (stored only in scrambled, one-way form), optional two-step verification, and the messages you send us.

Cookies and visit counts

This site uses two cookies of its own, and no advertising or tracking services:

• a sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in and protects our forms; it ends when you close your browser or sign out;
• a “where you came from” cookie that remembers, for 30 days, which website or link first brought you here (for example the Silvercreek Toolbox), so we know which links are working.

The booking calendar on our thank-you page comes from Calendly and may set Calendly’s own cookies. To count visits, our server records page views without storing your IP address or anything else that identifies you.

Your clients’ information

When we run your website and newsletter, we handle the information your website visitors and newsletter subscribers share (their names, email addresses, phone numbers and messages) on your behalf. It belongs to you. We use it only to deliver your service, keep it confidential, and never sell it or use it for anyone else. Your newsletters are sent with SendGrid, an email delivery service. We use AI writing tools to help draft articles and newsletter text; your contacts’ personal information isn’t sent to them.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share it only with the providers that help us run the service (web hosting, SendGrid for email, Stripe for payments, Calendly for scheduling, and AI drafting tools for content), each only for that purpose, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

We keep your information while you’re a client and as long afterward as the law or our records require. To see, correct or delete your information, or your clients’ information we hold for you, email rayce@silvercreekrealty.com.

Children

This service is for real estate professionals. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update it here and change the date at the top of the page.
